Returns & Refunds

At MOS, we want every experience with our products to feel effortless and enjoyable. If your order isn’t perfect, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Returns

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be in their original, unused condition
• Products should be in their original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

To begin your return, simply contact us. Once approved, we will provide straightforward instructions on how to send your item back.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it quickly and ensure your satisfaction.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Personal care items

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.

Orders are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2–3 business days. You will then be notified via email with tracking information.

MOS products undergo hand-pouring and batch preparation at our Bispham, Blackpool studio (UK).

For any damaged orders or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to resolving these issues promptly.

One snap bar segment typically provides 6–8 hours of strong, consistent scent. Once the fragrance begins to fade, simply replace it with a fresh piece.
