Where are you based?

All MOS products are hand-poured and prepared in small batches from our studio in Bispham, Blackpool (UK).

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Once your parcel has been sent, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with tracking details. Please note: Pre-orders and Subscription Boxes have scheduled dispatch dates. These will always be listed clearly within the product description, and you’ll also receive an email with further updates.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch, depending on Inpost or courier service times.

What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us at within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you offer local collection or delivery?

Yes! You’re welcome to visit our studio in Bispham to collect your order.
